Very well kept apartments, excellent maintenance team. They have you do a meet and greet with one of the maintenance techs shortly after move in during which they go through some basic information like where the water shut offs are, etc. They also let you know ahead of time via text and email when they will need to enter the premises. In my unit, all new flooring and carpeting prior to move in. Not sure about the others. Very happy with the whole situation.

Maintenance is very friendly and courteous, and they do a timely job.
I called around 4-5 different places and got the absolute best estimate from here!! I wish I remembered the man's name that worked on my phone but he was amazing. He was able to accept my cracked screen right then and there and only took him 30 minutes. My phone was like brand new. He even threw in a screen protector at a very affordable price.
