We got off to a very very bad start with Harvest to Home. The wall was installed in December and within a couple weeks it was completely dead. When we asked for help we basically got the runaround. But why a 5 star rating? Because, when we had given up completely, the new owner Samantha called us and saved the day. She made it right. We were doomed to fail right out of the blocks --- and here's a handy tip -- the irrigation of the herb wall was tied into the spray sprinkler system adjacent to the herb wall in the yard. Amy & Devon's business model is a perfect fit for my really busy, but healthy, life style. I couldn't appreciate more the easy to use website - set and forget type of operation. I also really like the fact that if I need to change or update anything, I can do it all from my phone, there and then, on the website. No 0800, no waiting for assistance.
