We specialize in fresh-from-scratch cuisine, harvested locally and seasonally (as much as possible). Homemade biscuits, jams, soups, pickles, and many other items. House cured sausages, meats, and fish, fresh juice and smoothie bar, paninis, and flatbread pizzas. Croissants, danishes, deep dish apple pie, and HUGE cinnamon rolls are created daily in our bakery using only GMO free flour.
