I have been here at the Harvest Ridge Community for almost 2 years and have been extremely dissatisfied. I have made multiple service requests and about 1/2 of them have been honored. Currently, I have a tree in the front yard that has been dead since I moved in. Brohn refuses to do anything about it, saying they don't warranty the plants outside.
