This community has the potential to be amazing if not for the poor craftmanship and horrible customer service. The sales process is great but that is where it ends. We have built many homes and when we pointed out that studs 24" apart, and missing the concrete specs, and not having headers for the drywall to be attached to was below standard we were given nothing but excuses...even when we showed them the same exact house being built by a different crew down the street that had all of these items done.
