We've dined here a number of times & are so thankful to have a restaurant of this quality in our neighborhood! Our most recent experience was the best ever! I had a perfectly seasoned & prepared steelhead plated with beautiful accompaniments, including burdock root! My husband had a very nice steak atop a good portion of bronzed brussel sprouts & root mash. It was altogether a beautiful meal. Don't overlook this amazing restaurant when passing through Medford or Ashland. Discerning palates will not be disappointed.
This place is amazing! Extravagant menu, food thats to die for, and a wait staff that effortlessly makes you feel right at home. By far Talent's best new restaurant in years.
