Everytime I go into that place with my family, the service is quick to take my drink order but then service is either super slow or the waitress forgets my appetizers or something....I've had several people here in Albany tell me that if your not a regular there or the staff don't know you then you are forgotten...just went there yesterday and waitress was slow and forgot about us...but then tries to make up for it at the end of the meal!
