Roads are all torn up. Vehicles parked all over blocking streets. Nice looking houses, if you like cookie cutters with no yard space.
We are having a good, professional process at our Harvest Meadows home. Matt Magee is our Fischer sales counselor. He's been helpful and responsive. The Maple Street Collection is a cool slate of homes. Looking forward to the future pool and cabana. Walkable to Batavia School District (let's see if some idewalks will be put in across Batavia Rd overpass into the district). Update with photos Nov 2024
When contractors make deliveries to your job need to make the house numbers more visible. Clean up your job sites
Know what your doing to the community you are looking at. Harvest Meadows is being built faster than originally approved. The school can not keep up with this. They built new buildings for the approved rate of builds and Fischer has now requested to build faster. The big one is that Fischer was granted a Tax Abatment for 15 years! If you move here you are hurting Batavia. No resources for schools, fire, police or the needed infrastructure to accommodate the added population.
