if i could give this company a zero ,i would. We wanted to install a sprinkler system. We did our research, Harvest had a 5 star review. We trusted them and hired them. They came on saturday to install the sprinkler system, I asked roger if he had his permit from the city of live oak, he said permit was in his office.
