FLORIDA TRANSPLANTS: DO NOT MOVE HERE. Walk nextdoor to the Sierra Lakes community, a DR Horton community. Look at the wall, ask them how that is going. They are currently in legal battle trying to get their crumbling wall fixed after DR Horton built it with FOAM, against code and then walked away after former Sierra Lakes HOA president signed a doc that released the developer of any responsibility in the future.
