Current client of theirs called to see about how long it would take to get some propane to the monroe office. I paid $400 through the app lady that answered on the phone acted like $400 was just chump change I would on get 20% in my tank and i wasn’t worth her time. Said the drivers deliver on their time. Ok thats fine I didn’t expect them to drop everything for me i just wanted to know if i needed to turn off my tank and use a different heat source. Very friendly staff. Great comsumer service. I am very happy with co alliance.
Call 4 to 5 times to get my propane tank filled no showed 3 times when they said they would be there. Had an issue with tank location but they've filled it in the same spot its been in. Also was told i would get a call back 2 of the 3 times never got a call back.
