Im a huge foodie, as most chefs are. I was very excited to try this place after reading the reviews since we booked a room there for a concert close by. The restaurant itself doesnt open until 5:30, which is inconvenient for those with show tickets. They tout the bar offers a full menu but in fact it doesnt. It offers a limited menu. Omelet was awesome. Initially waitress was great, but after she brought the ticket she never came back. She brought the ticket right after delivering my food. No more water no one to run my card, just assumed it was going on my room. I ended up leaving cash so I could leave.
I live in Emporia, KS. I went there for the first time with a coworker, and we absolutely loved the food. I invited some of my other friends afterward, and I’ve kept going back ever since. The food is delicious, they never disappoint. The steak with mushroom risotto is my favorite.
Tonight we visited Harvest Kitchen & Bar in the Hyatt downtown. We had a great time! We ordered Wings, Pepperoni Pizza, Cobb Salad & Chicken Fried Steak. Everything was fantastic! My brother in law Jesse said “Not even lying. These are some of the best wings in town. I’d consider myself a wing connoisseur.” Another great detail was they had Coke & Pepsi products. Outstanding meal at Harvest Kitchen & Bar! Fresh, flavorful dishes with creative touches and excellent ingredients. Service was attentive and the atmosphere inviting. A standout downtown spot for quality food and drinks. Highly recommend—we’ll be back!
