We were looking to buy our first home and visited few builders in Harvest Green. We decided to go with DR Horton, primarily due to their sales agent Lisa Zerbes, who is excellent to deal with. She understands our need and did not used much salesy jargon and connected with us as someone very knowledgeable, understanding, reliable and trustworthy. January 2024, My buyer purchased a DR Horton Home in Harvest Green. The process was seamless and smooth from beginning to end. As a Realtor, I encounter many Sales Counselors, and John Mohabbat was very attentive in responding to my emails, texts etc. if I had any questions for my client.
