If you ever decide to buy a tripointe home set aside another 150k for repairs in the first 6 years because of unnecessary repairs caused by subpar work by their contractors. Who would ever think that your a/c return in your attic would be held up by a piece of wood and not supported by straps. Thousands of dollars down the drain because they cut corners and tripointe’s response is “yes we don’t cover that outside of the warranty”.
I good friend of mine invited me to his event for his new model, and it eas great. Met some new people and his model absolutely beautiful.
Everything about their customer service/ satisfaction is trash. I plan to write the whole story soon with all the representative involved.
