Horrible company. Our water bill was extremely high (up to $700) since we moved in and the manager, Sydney, brushed it off and lied about maintenance trying to fix it. Then all our maintenance requests mysteriously disappeared. We had to contact the ceo to get them to even take it seriously but it was never fixed. They agreed to let us out of our lease after they breached our contract by entering our apartment while I was undressed with absolutely no heads up or notice. Haven Residential manages the apartments at Waterford Harbour and Brittany Bay. The pool opened a week late at Waterford Harbour. It was open for a couple of weeks. It has now been closed and drained. I sent an email to Haven and left 3 phone inquiries about when the pool would reopen. NO response to email or calls. People are paying rent and condo fees to have the pool open and not getting a response or a service that is listed in agreement. I would never rent an apartment in a Haven community. I currently live in a Haven apartment on the 1600 building off the river of kentucky. I have had a water leak that flooded the entire apartment. They fixed water leak in the two- bedroom however the base boards in the entire apartment are stained from water flooding. Carpet in the second bedroom is not stretched and properly installed. Haven Residential is a "slum lord" company. They absolutely do not care about their tenants or properties what so ever! I have complained about raw human sewage over flowing into my apt from an outside line. It's now March. They have been lying to me since Dec about cleaning up the raw sewage. This propertY is also covered in roaches. I've put in several requests for this to be addressed as well.. Nothing. My apt is riddled with mold from a broken water heater in the upstairs apt.. Horrible Management! The dryer they supply started to rip and burn my clothing. I made a complaint (6/14) to have the dryer fixed (not to replace my clothing). After hearing nothing for a week I called and was then lied to being told that they ordered the part and it would be in on Thursday (6/24). I call on Friday (6/25) and they thought it was funny so told them I would not be paying rent until it was fixed and it magically got fixed the same day. I am the daughter to a tenant at this apartment. The property manager, Jelisha P**** is very unprofessional and rude. She has refused to renew several tenant lease with no explanation. When asked for a reason, she said that she did not have to give a reason. She stated, "you do not have to give me a reason if your moving out and I do not have to give you a reason why I am not renewing you lease".
