I had an absolutely horrible experience with Harvest. 1) Their response times with returning calls is brutal. I called once... it was returned 3 weeks later. 2) One of their supervisors "stood me up" on a day when I was supposed to see my child. They claimed it was due to the supervisor being in an accident. This was the second time my visits didn't happen due to some medical emergency that crippled their company, and caused missed visitations.
