Service writers are nice but young and clueless about issues. Mechanics are no better. Wanted to charge $1500 to fix something that was not causing my truck to go into limp mode. They were of no real help. With a little research on my own the problem source was found. $200 bucks got me nothing and didn't diagnose the nox sensor issue.

This review might be a little long, but here goes. I am not a people person, I am very introverted. So, that effects my perception of people, especially car sales associates. Wife saw car online and wanted to check it out. Just browsing. We drove in and Alex immediately came out to help us out. He was excellent in being patient and explaining things to us. Staff was amazingly knowledgeable and very friendly but seemed to only want to focus on vehicles already on their lot. I asked if they could do a search or even special order the vehicle I wanted, but after several months and multiple follow-ups, with neither option really being pursued, I did my own search and was able to find the vehicle I was looking for. Was hoping to give Harvest my business since they are local but unfortunately that wasn't the case.
