My brother purchased a brand new 2025 Silverado. He has 2,000 miles on it, and the truck didn't start. He called Harvest 8/30/25, and the customer service from this dealership really sucks; they didn't offer to help pick the truck up. (I bought a Nissan back in 2020 and had a bad battery. They sent a mechanic out to pick it up and put a new battery in; amazing customer service from Nissan.) All Harvest did was charge the battery. If you need your car fixed go somewhere else they will tell it should take 1 week and take 3 weeks and be very difficult to answer your calls. And then to top it off if they make a mistake and have to go inside your vehicle again they will charge you double and not acknowledge their mistake. If they sell cars the same way they supposeday fix them I would stay away.
