I’ve been disappointed with the maintenance of the common areas in this apartment community. The pool has been without umbrellas all summer, which is especially frustrating during the hot California weather. The restrooms by the pool are often dirty and clearly need more regular cleaning. We were told back in the spring that the stairways and common areas would be pressure washed, but that still hasn’t happened.
