Clayton and Randy were verry professional, once we set the date his team showed up promptly stripping down to wood and full replacement in 1 day. They are very conscious of your plants surrounding your home and cleanup is excellent once complete. They then returned to inspect the site and to walk me through the job making sure I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Harvell Exteriors.
Preface to this review: I have not used Harvell for any work. However, this afternoon I was walking past our neighbor's house where Harvell is replacing a roof. A man with this outfit - judging by photo on their website, the company president - walked across the street and another fifty yards into our community greenspace to pick up a piece of trash that had been blown there from his job site. Clayton and his team gave me a fair price and we even talked through a couple of options which I greatly appreciated. Although they initially completed the job leaving some things unfinished, they came back and finished the job on the same day. Would highly recommend
Personally, I have very little trust in contractors but after my experience with Harvell Exteriors, my trust has been restored. I had numerous roofing companies come out to give me quotes because my insurance company was trying to void my roof coverage. Clayton came out, performed an inspection and found hail damage that went previously undetected. His team battled with my insurance company and won.
