Pros: Beautiful west-facing views from the upper units, especially at sunset. Quiet, respectful neighbors within the building. Spacious units with a great layout that makes the space feel open and livable. These apartments are not well managed. My apartment flooded and it took over 40 days for the ceiling to be fixed. Management is slow to respond to tenants, often taking over a week to respond on urgent requests.
The only positive for these apartments was the location. Management was horrible. Within 1 year there were 4 different landlords, I had an improper rent increase of more than 10 percent (I had to complain to the BBB in order to get a response) , and am currently dealing with improper cleaning charges/withholding of deposit funds, which will be taken to small claims court.
