I had always a very good experience with bringing my dog to the Harvard Vet Clinic. The doctors are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and they take their time to be thorough. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have nothing to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy (as long as it doesn't interfere with the health of an animal) and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
