A surreal experience of arrogance and false pride. I went in with chronic pain. I was initially treated with medication. One mother later a 180 transpired. Hannah and Jennifer your team, went out of their way to gaslight me as drug seeking really? Unbelievable . I don’t want their pains meds. This might be the worst location I’ve ever dealt with. I had specifically requested expedited testing, and a nurse told me that wasn’t possible. Out of frustration, I called the Braintree location, and they were able to give me the number to the Needham lab, which helped expedite my testing. I received my results within a few hours. Then things got even worse. I received a call from a nurse at this location who gave me incorrect results, even though I could clearly see the correct ones on my patient portal. Went here a few weeks ago, because I couldn’t walk due to sciatica.. when I was discharged, my paperwork said “recommended physical therapy.” So I mention to the secretary that I need to have something scheduled and I was told “I can’t do that here, they’ll call you.” I’ve tried to call, only to be put on hold. I’ve also been called by them several times, but each time they were unable to help me. Best experience always. Kind and comforting staff. Easy check-in. Amazing Dr’s and PA’s with experience in all fields and have all referrals for any needs. Been seeing same PA for 30 yrs. Definitely the best Team here
