no one returned calls or messages from their "my health" portal for 3 months. clearly the place has more patients than they can handle. Maybe a victim of corporate greed. going elsewhere from now on.

If I could give that location a zero star, I would. I was in pain, and my usual location didn't have any opening that day. I went to that location with a really bad shoulder pain. A nurse practitioner saw me, didn't look at or touch my shoulder, nothing. In less than 5 minutes, she told me to take painkillers and was done. The pain got worse, so I went to my usual location.
