I have been going there for many years. Great people except one NP that I will not name.
The worst OBGYN phone receptionists I’ve ever had to health with. Rude, impatient, incompetent. Very hard to get a hold of doctors via phone even after being an established patient. I decide to discontinue my OBGYN service with them.
Attempted to get established with a primary care doctor here. They performed a physical which I was not due for so I had to pay $400 for the visit as my insurance would not pay the claim.
THE SERVICE AT THE PHARMACY OF THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT. NO ONE TAKES OWNERSHIP OF THE TASK AT HAND INCLUDING THE HEAD PHARMACIST. THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME AN EXORBITANT AMOUNT OF MONEY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE MY CURRENT INSURANCE INFORMATION. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A HEALTH CARE PLACE PERSONNEL TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND, THIS IS NOT IT. LAZY, MECHANICAL ANSWERS, INEPT.
Pharmacy staff person at this location went above and beyond for me today. Sincerely appreciate their efforts and kindness.
