Disabled my account because I insulted a doctor. The doctor was lying rude and disrespectful and wasted my time.
I have now had multiple issues with this facility. They rescheduled my yearly physical on me three times!! I had an appointment in OBGYN for 11:30. 50 minutes later (and still waiting), no one has acknowledged me or apologized. I’ve been a patient here since 1981 and it’s gone downhill quickly within the last few years. I don’t recommend this facility.
OB/GYN office is quiet, I was seen quickly, the office staff is very considerate and kind. Even staff who didn’t work with me wished me a good day as I was leaving. I saw some people commented they had to wait a long time for a visit. I think that means the providers are taking the time all their patients need and are not rushing. I prefer this to short, abrupt visits. The waiting room could benefit from a water fountain or water cooler.
Telephone staff needs to be trained. They are rude and disrespectful. This review is about the Wellesley atrius Health Office primary care.
It's terrible to have doctors who don't care about people's health. I've been waiting for a thyroid doctor specialist since before Christmas and I'm still waiting.
