This place has become a nightmare. Incompetent people at every level when you need someone to help you with something related to your health - and that’s only if you are able to get someone on the phone at all - hope you like hold music. Try any other healthcare provider in the state.
Atrius health is the worst!
Highly skilled phlebotomists! We had to get my infant’s blood drawn and had a very negative experience at another Atrius lab. This lab was incredible—they kept my baby distracted and engaged, collaborated with me on the decision to proceed when the vein was hard to find externally, and yet managed to draw blood within seconds of trying. My son never even cried. I strongly recommend this lab for pediatrics!
Receptionist at central very rude. I tried to set up an appointment but didn’t know which location was going to be closest to me. I asked if he could tell me the distance between my place and the new location but he said I could look it up myself. I am not familiar with the area since I am a student so I wouldn’t know what to look up. We were on the phone too so I would have had to get off the phone to look up the distance between locations.
