I was seen by Dr. Ferrante 3/11/2026 for leg issue, I was appalled by his chair side manor. I am a smoker trying to quite I am in the Health care field I know what it can do to me. From the get go of walking in he lecture me about smoking, Talking about making some-one feel horrible about themself He certainly DID. As for the appointment I dont feel like I know anymore Than I did when I walk in. Very Disappointed with his Chairside Manor.....
I’ve been to the facility twice - once for an EKG check-up. The whole process and the NP who was mostly helping were great. The process was arranged well, done efficiently and professionally. The second time, however, was a total disappointment- I couldn’t see the doctor, after I finally got an appointment scheduled, because of their lack of my insurance info, which I had provided earlier. Been my doctor for over 20 years and I dont think I could find a better physician. I've never had a problem getting appointments he is always very good at keeping in touch with me after every procedure or visit.
