Worst doctors in Massachusetts. Begged them to take my chronic back issue seriously even with imaging they denied me proper care. Now I’m in the hospital waiting for emergency surgery that could have been fixed well over a year ago if they weren’t so clueless.
Whether there for Urgent Care or a scheduled appointment, they're always pretty quick and thorough. Had one bad experience some years back but that had more to do with the individual urgent care doctor... I sent a letter (written and mailed) to the Chief Medical Officer of Atrius, which got an appropriate response, also in a mailed formal letter. Overall I'm impressed with this operation, especially compared to the experiences of others at other organizations.
