While I’ve had my share of bureaucratic messes with them, they’ve never denied me coverage, never dragged out a prior approval process, over weeks or more, never tried to kick me off for being an expensive patient, and never done any of the awful things that I’ve heard happen to so many friends. This is the worst health insurance company. They hang up on doctors. They take weeks to approve anything. They acknowledge their processes are broken. Their people are quitting out of frustration. - EMPLOYERS - save your employees from wasting time with this fraudulent organization.
I've been going here since I was a baby now I'm 31 and still go here for multiple departments. I must say I love love this place and definitely will not go anywhere else.
Terrible for pediatrics. Took me almost a year to get my son an appointment, they had us set up a zoom, they told us zoom wouldn't work the day of so to come in, we went in months later and they told us to leave and they wouldn't see us for another 2 years. If you're a family worried about your child this is not the place. Zero regard for families and children in need.
