Atrius Fenway has failed to maintain the Miner Street Bridge, which suffers from visible decay and a severely rusted expansion joint. It reflects poor facilities management and a lack of accountability. As the main approach to a healthcare facility, this is unacceptable and undermines patient confidence

While I’ve had my share of bureaucratic messes with them, they’ve never denied me coverage, never dragged out a prior approval process, over weeks or more, never tried to kick me off for being an expensive patient, and never done any of the awful things that I’ve heard happen to so many friends. The phone systems take forever to work through but the representatives are helpful and knowledgeable. This is the worst health insurance company. They hang up on doctors. They take weeks to approve anything. They acknowledge their processes are broken. Their people are quitting out of frustration. - EMPLOYERS - save your employees from wasting time with this fraudulent organization.

I've been going here since I was a baby now I'm 31 and still go here for multiple departments. I must say I love love this place and definitely will not go anywhere else.
