Harvard Square Retirement is a beautiful facility with great staff that care immensely about the people who live there. I cannot recommend this place more highly.
A wonderful place, warm and inviting. They have an amazing staff there, with people who show that they care every day.
From a worker's perspective? Understaffed, you may have up to more than 20 residents to yourself, a whole floor, not everyone is completely dependent for help but you still have to check and make sure they're okay on top of having to make beds and some low level of housekeeping, often makes it hard to keep up with charting.
