The Reason I'm giving 5stars is because of Nikki the new manager. I've been with this company for 4 years now and I couldn't get anything fixed in my apartment. When Mrs Nikki arrived, I got everything that needed to be fixed in the last three years she Made it happen, With no excuses and lies a no wishing. Thanks Mrs nikki your the reason I stayed another year. Continue to stay sweet an caring.
I’m only giving it a one star I been living here for 4 years and it had over 5 mgmt since I been here now it’s really bad especially with the new mgmt the new manager Khaleed is very rude I mean extremely rude and his Manager Beta is worse please reconsider moving here they are only housing people from there country it’s infested with roaches no one comes to repair your maintenance order and they are big with power hopping so you could be in a 3 bedroom and your light bill will be over 800 which is ridiculous so please I mea... read more
They only have 1 start bc I could not post this review without rating!!!! I just ended my lease. I lived here 1 year along with my 4yr son and 11yr daughter. THE WORST!!! The leasing office is a revolving door. It’s always someone new and not knowledgeable. The roaches… GOODNESS THE ROACHES! This is their apartment complex and we are just living here clearly! Trash sucks. Been here almost two years, gates don't work, water in pond is green and mailboxes are easy to tamper with. Roaches are terrible!
Do Not move here, I have been in a fight since moving and dealing with all types of infestations MOLD Included! once i moved i had to get rid of all my furniture and the complex owners ICER BRANDS have been avoiding all my calls and messages! my neighbor fell down stairs that were cracked and she was in the hospital for a long time and is now using a walker! my children and i were both getting sick 14 types of mold and dander were found in my blood stream all of my items in my apartment were damaged and the owners attorney t... read more
