Terrible health insurance! Absolutely refuses to cover anything. My blood sugar has been high for months and they are refusing to cover my medication because they’ve decided my condo isn’t severe enough for them to care…I have to die for you to cover me?
They are now charging for annual bloodwork for an annual physical. Why? I guess the record profits are not enough they want more more more
On hold for an hour so far with no hope in sight and website is down. Terrible customer service. Good thing I'm calling to cancel my plan anyway. Guess I will continue to hold so that I can dump this garbage insurance company.
