I received a grant for a pair of hearing aids and the doctor I went to only sold Phonaks hearing aids. The wire(s) break off even though I take very good care when wearing them and taking them off, making them worthless to me. There either is a design flaw or I was given a used or lower end model. My friend has a pair which is a more expensive model and has never had the problem of broken wires. Hearing aid side of house is great. Drs are a bit to busy to make you feel comfortable. No time for questions.
