Landscaping has not been done ,The grass and weeds are over a foot tall, our parking lot is full of large pot holes,this place looks like a dump. We pay HOA FEES FOR WHAT, THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF NOW
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I have lived in this community since 2017 and dealing with Evergreen Management has been a nightmare. I can’t imagine a management company being worse. Totally unresponsive and homeowners are made to feel like badly behaved children whenever asking for assistance from Evergreen. It’s as if we are employees of the company rather than the other way around. Today there are dead rats in our half-filled pool. Horrific management by this company.
We have been working with Tatiana Braz for 8 months. She quickly addresses issues and her knowledge and experience helps us make decisions that are timely and beneficial for our owners. She's great to work with.
The association might be a very good company, but the people who work Evergreen needs more experience because they don't reply back when they need to reply. End when you ask something to the trustees. They don't do it either. So what do you do after you pay your fee?
