As an owner, I want to make it crystal clear about my dissatisfaction of the property manager, and board, choosing to not follow proper owner notification for the annual association meeting. Evergreen is responsible for the actions of their employees and is responsible to make sure that their employees know, understand and adhere to state laws and association bylaws.
