Stay away! Evergreen is horrible … poor service, regularly missed commitments, dishonest paying themselves first with unapproved invoices. Regularly deliver nothing; they are the worst! They auto renew management contracts! This is illegal in Vermont, they know it and they continue to employ deceptive business practices. Their word means nothing!
Cassandra Dalton is my go to person at Evergreen Mgt for Windstone in Bedford NH. Never disappoints, always open to assist no matter what I bring to the table. Cassandra thank you once again for escalating a propane delivery at a time when temps have been well below freezing for weeks.

I just received a bill of underpayment for my Condo fee of...get this 8 CENTS!! They actually expect me to write a check for 8 CENTS! I pay my condo fee every month without fail way before the due date and my check never clears until well after that date! Now in addition to "owing" 8 cents, I am being threatened with additional late fees as well as fines if my payment is not received within 10 days! You have to be joking! Landscaping has not been done ,The grass and weeds are over a foot tall, our parking lot is full of large pot holes,this place looks like a dump. We pay HOA FEES FOR WHAT, THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF NOW
