We have a business account with this company. They are always courteous and have been able to schedule our appointments quickly. I would recommend them to co-workers and friends in need of glass repair.
Can't give business away. Scheduled two appointments. One time they called 5 minutes before and said they couldn't get there. Scheduled 2nd appointment and they called to say they were running at least an hour behind. Since I do not reside there, I couldn't wait and find it unbelievable how many contractors cannot keep appointments.
Bad experience. Watch out! – I just wanted to share my recent bad experience with Harvard Glass. A few weeks ago I ordered a single piece of beveled glass from this merchant. About 10 minutes after I left the office I checked my receipt containing the dimensions (which I had not signed), and I noticed that my order was written down incorrectly.
