Dr Sima has been our family dentist since long time ago. He provides an excellent service, answers all questions and explains with details the procedures. Dr. Gendelman was legitimately one of the best healthcare providers I have ever seen. She oversaw my Invisalign. I felt ashamed of my teeth before I started working with her, and by the time I finished working with her I was so proud of my smile and excited to show it off. Beyond her technical skill, I was so impressed by her bedside manner - she is so incredibly kind and friendly and explained things in a way that was really easy to understand. Could not recommend more highly!
We saw Dr. Gendleman for our young daughter Eva’s orthodontic needs and she immediately put Eva at ease making her comfortable by explaining everything along the way. Eva would always look forward to her monthly appointments and her time with Dr. Gendleman. Eva now dreams of being an Orthodontist just like her Dr. Gendleman! Above all else Dr. Gendleman transformed Eva both physically and emotionally by giving her a smile she could truly be proud of!

Dr. Koo showed me on the X-ray how to spot the decay in tooth number 2, a tooth that needed to be extracted. He did it skillfully with no pain and very minimal bleeding, gave me verbal post-operative instruction and sent it to me by email to make sure I follow it. My endodontist lost my record so was not able to review much about my condition while I was there, so Dr. Koo took another X-ray and traced an infection to a 2nd tooth. You would think that the Harvard Dental School Faculty Practice could be relied upon to provide above-average dental care given that these faculty train future generations of dentists. My real complaint is with the lack of coordination and poor communication and customer service. Appointments for future cleanings cannot be made when you leave and often require LONG holds by phone.
