This place is a complete mess, thought the pictures looked cute until i realized they werent all like the pictures shown in the ad. especially when you drive through and you see the state of the property for the price in rent, there are so many other properties that offer more, bigger and are cheaper or at last worth the amount they are asking. lastly idk how anything ever gets fixed when this place is always looking for a maintenance person lol that alone makes me weary.

I have lived at the Harvard court Town house for over 7 years This is a great place to live. The comments made by Aimee Kent are incorrect she is one of the noses people I have even seen she is always on the office with her children and talks about your business with everyone as she will not leave when you go in to do business with the current or past managers. I have never had a work order put off with the exception of when her husband was the maintenance man here.
Please continue to look elsewhere if you are trying to find a new place to live. We have been here a year and a half, and have gone through 2 different managers, this newest one is an absolute slumlord, she is very rarely in her office from the 9-3 office hours, gets here whenever is convienent for her usually 20min to an hour late due to her needing to stop for coffee, she spend most of her time facetiming her boyfriend or gossiping with her friends on the phone. best place to live in town. Watch out for the nosey neighbors though. they blame you for stuff you didn't do. Come live here.
