I just want to give a Huge shout out to the staff of Harvard court apartments.I lived here For almost 7 years and I'm very thankful for the staff. That's in the office for being consistent, helping and kind they continuously fix what needs to be fixed in a timely manner. They made sure to open the pool for the kids to enjoy and they constantly. I’ve lived here for 5 years and all the staff I’ve ever came across are very professional and helpful. Anytime there was a problem or maintenance issue it was taken care of and fixed in a timely manner.
IT IS NO LONGER THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE, THEY INCREASE THE RENT EVERY YEAR AND DO NOT IMPROVE ANYTHING. DURING THE LAST YEAR EVERYTHING HAS GOT WORSE: THE LAUNDRY ROOM DOES NOT WORK, THE PLAYGROUND IS BROKEN, THE POOL WAS CLOSED FOR YEARS DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE, NOW IT IS PARTIALLY OPEN... !! WE HAVE HAD A MOUSE INFESTATION PROBLEM FOR MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN US A SOLUTION!!!
