RecommendedStaying here during construction of home in 55+ Community nearby. Move in was expedited and we found all new appliances with good air conditioning and clean conditions. The garage fits our Prius nicely and our Camry is parked nearby in assigned space. Neighbors are friendly and tend to mind their own business. Clubhouse is attractive and I am told the pool is heated. Works for me.

I have lived here for over 5 years. Based on the area I have no problem with the price. I've had overnight and weekend guess multiples time and no threat of towing. Garage is included in the monthly rent. The community is very quite and office staff is very helpful. Just renewed my lease today.
I've lived here for the last 3 years and love it! The condos are wonderful, quiet, and well maintained. The staff here is the best! I love that they have little events and blood drives. Excellent community!
