Harvard are lying scum. As one egregious example, they claim the fee to the state to dissolve an LLC is $705 when it is $369+$220. Harvard gouges all of its customers.
They strive to ensure every customer is satisfied - and I can personally attest to that after a major communication disconnect occurred on a project. Here's what I've learned...If something is not done as you expected, have an honest conversation with them. Make it clear what you expected and any concerns you may have. They will step up to the plate and take care of any issues that may arise. Live chat on their website is awesome. Needed apostille help with Good Standing certificate. Got one within a few hours and was even to quickly sort through some slight problem.
I signed on with Harvard Business Service many years ago. I was a little concerned at first if they were a legit company because of having the name Harvard, but they are legit and good. I used them for both mail forwarding and as a registered agent. I live overseas and my mail has always arrived in a reasonable time frame.
