Harvard are lying scum. As one egregious example, they claim the fee to the state to dissolve an LLC is $705 when it is $369+$220. Harvard gouges all of its customers.
They strive to ensure every customer is satisfied - and I can personally attest to that after a major communication disconnect occurred on a project. Here's what I've learned...If something is not done as you expected, have an honest conversation with them. Make it clear what you expected and any concerns you may have. They will step up to the plate and take care of any issues that may arise.
