Would not recommend. Its easy to set up and pay them in the beginning, just wait until you sell or want to dissolve prices and ease disappear. They make you pay for the following year before they will do anything.
Suddenly ask me to pay more fee.
Wouldn’t recommend, they charge you a fee that supposedly gets you all the info you need etc but then they don’t tell you when certain fees are coming up and then offer to do it for you for an extra fee without providing any education on how to do it yourself.
Amazing so far! Was able to file in under 5m and they called to correct info in under 3m. The receptionist as also extremely nice!
