Wouldn’t recommend, they charge you a fee that supposedly gets you all the info you need etc but then they don’t tell you when certain fees are coming up and then offer to do it for you for an extra fee without providing any education on how to do it yourself.
Amazing so far! Was able to file in under 5m and they called to correct info in under 3m. The receptionist as also extremely nice!
I’d recommend HBS to anyone seeking a registered agent. Their sales executive handled my business concerns quickly and efficiently.
Harvard has billed me for years, then my accountant was able to help me at a fraction of the cost. Now just to close the business with them they are charging me hundreds more. I would stay clear of them 😔 also poor service, never answer the phone.
