I order 4 rolls and in the past I have never had a problem with my portions or quality of sushi at RA, but tonight through Uber eats I received half the portion size that I would normally receive along with my sushi tasting old, where I could not finish it and after delivery payed over $70 for less than mediocre food. I would’ve been better off to get some from the gas station I would’ve had better luck.

We usually come here on every visit. We are from Seattle and visit here 3-4x year. We have great sushi in our region. We usually visit RA Sushi Bar at least once a visit. Service was good as usual but the food has declined by quite a bit. The sushi is now conveyor belt quality from our most recent visit on Thursday, 7/2/20. We will most likely now go to Chinatown to get quality sushi. Too bad because we enjoyed walking from our hotel to Fashion Show Mall to eat at RA. Will you guys fix it? Was a little upset the other day when I came to pickup my order here. Put in a $50 order and made sure I could use my birthday coupon for takeout over the phone when I called it in and the woman on the phone said it was totally OK. When I picked up my food, the male cashier (Nick I believe?) refused to accept my coupon, saying "that was only for during the pandemic".
