I’ve tried a lot of the ramen options out here in the Davis County area and Haru Ramens got it down. The ramen broth is balanced. I also took a gamble and tried the shrimp fried rice and the shrimp was actually cooked and the fried rice was so yummy. recommend going here for Ramen if you’re looking around this area
Love the wontons and katsu
Genuinely the best seafood ramen I have ever had. The presentation alone was amazing, but the broth didnt overpower the noodles yet still had that seafood taste. The noodles are tender and bouncy. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. Also the staff was wonderful, very attentive and kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
