The other day I had contacted Hartzell's to purchase a back support brace. I have been customer of Hartzell's for many years and had purchased back support braces before, and my Highmark Blue Shield insurance always paid100% of it's cost with a doctor's prescription. A day later I receive a call from Hartzell's telling me that the back support that I am requesting is a "special order" and that it is not covered by my insurance because of it's code, and that the back support (listed online by the manufacturer for $168.00) wou... read more
