This place is wonderful! I bring my beloved pets here. One needed an amputation, and I was quite frightened and concerned, but the staff provided excellent comfort for both me and my pet. They performed a beautiful surgery, and the healing process went extremely well. The way the staff treats the animals as if they were their own is what makes this place exceptional.
I am so thankful for taking my elder cat to the vet. She sure needed an update and good advice due to her age. Everyone's energy is so full of kindness, that is why the animals (patients) are calm.
Every time we have brought in our lovely babies (2 black cats, sisters 3.5yrs). I've felt nothing but comfortable. They make us as pet owners feel at ease and try their hardest to make our fur babies feel at ease too. Which can be quite the challenge at times lol. Everyone whom we have dealt with has been amazing and a true animal lover. They greatly care about the work they are doing. The care and compassion that Dr. Neill and the staff have for my Tiger (Senior Kitty- 20 Years Young) is amazing. I highly recommend Hartzel Animal Hospital.
