Just wanted to now add the reason for the 5 star rating. We have been going to Hartzel for years. So many pets ago! In the last 6 months we have lost Sylvie and now Mako. Sylvie was a 10 yr old chunky calico, but suffered a leg injury and Dr. Neil tried his very best for 4 months to get the leg to start to heal, but in the end we all decided it best to end her pain and suffering for her to rest peacefully.
