The order was wrong twice they weee playing music so loud they couldn’t hear me and the chicken was over cooked and dry
I had to come here and post of for nothing else but to give a 100% excellent customer service shout out to Meka!! This young lady greeted us at the door, was super efficient in multi tasking order placement for me and a second customer, and made zero mistakes! I just knew bu the time she rang me up that she'd forget what I told her I wanted, lol, SO NOT! YOU GO GIRL! Give her a raise!!! Visit this location to experience great service with a smile, and Thank me later!
If you want some delicious chicken and good deals this is the place to go to they treat you like family I went to this spot the other day I don’t know if you guys like going to places that just care about your money but they were so nice kourtney turned my day around it was going so bad she made it all better by being so nice and patient
I had a great experience at Hart’s Chicken! The customer service was excellent — everyone was super friendly and welcoming. My food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The location was very clean, have great deals which made the whole visit even better. Plus, the service was fast, so I didn’t have to wait long at all. Definitely one of the best spots for a quick and delicious meal. Highly recommend!
