Very bad service horrible food the lil lady that’s there very rude more veggies on the buffet line then meat…she only put out 2 to 3 rolls at a time chicken tenders where burnt ….yall I recommend to go to Rosenberg heartz or Hwy 6 and westimer they will never do this to there customers
My hubby went to buy Gizzards, Fish, and cole slaw, and I watered the cole slaw It had a black straight string of hair in the cold slaw I felt like I wanted to puke. I will never support that store again
Have been a loyal customer of the missouri city tx location for over 20 yrs and since covid 19 the service is absolutely horrible and the lobby is closed all the time as well as in 2018 the buffet food was either burned or old and not fresh. And the staff is very impolite. Too bad we used to go to that location regularly. Hartz, please fix these issues.
