Dr. Hartwig is the most compassionate and dedicated physician I have experienced in my lifetime. And I am in my 50s, so I've had a number of primary care physicians, switching insurance coverage, etc. She has a way of creating a safe space and that feeling that you are the most important thing at that moment. I do not feel rushed, as so many medical visits are due to billing and insurance protocol. Cannot recommend more highly. Thank you Dr. Hartwig!
Absolutely SO happy we moved our family to Hartwig Health! Doctor Hartwig is a very calm, sincere and kind dr! She takes the time that’s needed for every patient. She is not a “big box” clinic.. where the “boss” is on the other side of the state. And... the thing that means the most to me... she is SO awesome with my special needs daughter!!
Best pap smear I have ever had. She has a gentle kindness that I found comforting, that she balances with comprehensive skill and knowledge. Can not imagine a better Doctor.
Dr. Hartwig has always been very thorough and professional. I have never left her office without having had all of my questions answered. She is maybe the only doctor I have ever had who displays a concern for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. I recommend her to anyone who asks. There is only one suggestion I would make: her waiting room could be better arranged physically to ensure a greater degree of privacy.
Dr Kim Harwig is hands down the best MD in Spokane. She is always willing to have a collaborative approach of methods or other medical professionals when working with her patients. Spokane is lucky to have such a genuine, empathetic and progressive doctor.
Excellent care! I always feel like Dr. Hartwig listens to my concerns and provides me with all options available. I highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Hartwig is the first doctor I've ever had who actually took the time to figure out what's going on with my body. She listened to me, and when she explained her findings to me, she did it in a way that we could understand. She's always been terrific, and I wish I lived closer to her office! It's always been easy to schedule an appointment, the staff and especially her MA are terrific!

I have found Dr. Hartwig to be an attentive, caring and professional provider. She goes the extra mile to make sure that all the bases are covered and that I'm understanding her explanations. Even though busy, she takes the time necessary to be complete. Her courteous and supportive staff further adds to the sense of assurance. I am entirely pleased to be a patient in her practice.
