Not worth the price, 900$ for a one bedroom.
Since April of this year my roof has been leaking. It is now Almost November and they still have not done one thing to fix it. There are a ton of tarps on the roof and it is still leaking. I have been told there would be someone out to fix it and still nothing. There is also a waterfall every time it rains, right out of my front door. The turn over in management is constant and can’t get anyone to help out. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Chanda is one of the BEST apartment managers you will ever have! She goes above and beyond for all of her residents. She truly cares about making your living experience a great one here at Hartwick! If there's a problem, she's on it, if you need maintenance, she's on it. And he is really good about fixing things in a timely manner. I lucked out getting an apartment here!
