I ordered what I thought was a vacuum splint but Instead got the vacuum splint pump. I emailed customer service and was informed my item wasn't refundable because it wasn't sterile. I told them it's a pump and it wasn't even shipped in sterile packaging. Customer Service said they couldn't do anything. I'm out over $300. I wouldn't use this company to order band-aids and frankly I hope this company goes out of business.
