We have had trouble with our home owners claim that was Safco (Liberty Mutual) through the Hartwell Corporation. Melinda was the only one that tried to help us, she was awesome but our agent was not. The agent we have (Lindsay) we have only met 1 time that was when we were working on the claim for our house. She knows that we are going to be looking for a new insurance company but she has done nothing to help us find one. She hasn’t had any contact with us. The team at Hartwell is top-notch. In my recent experience, Tori went way above and beyond to help our team solve a health insurance-related issue. She contacted us instantly once we reached out with a solution. The most amazing thing is the issue was with a different broker & when the other guy was falling short, Tori picked up the slack because she cared about us. Tori and the team at Hartwell know their stuff and they are there when you need them. This is a team you want on your side.
