3 weeks ago I called about a check engine light and gave them the code it was the evap purge pump again.i went in Saturday and they told me they would submit it to the manufacturer. I get called on Monday and was told it wasn't covered and it would cost me 477$ for a 65 dollar part. Apparently it was submitted and this is no the second time this part went. Talk about being rail roaded. GM has issues with this part and they want me to pay for their faulty junk.
It is always a pleasure buying my vehicles from Hartway Motors. I have been a customer since 1989 and buying elsewhere isn't even a consideration. This dealership is amazing, from start to finish. We have been looking for a new upgrade for our family for a year now. We live 2 hrs away. As soon as we drove in, the vibe was just very chill and relaxed. Kip was amazing, again just relaxed, felt like talking to a friend. Never tried to pressure us into anything.
