I went with our Senior Group on September 15th, there were 8 of us. We were seated within 5 minutes and the server came about 5 minutes later to take our orders. Food came out relatively quickly considering the size of our party. Nice and hot. I got the Taco Salad which was served in a tortilla shell. It was delicious, best I’ve probably had. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately the food didn’t meet my expectations. I hadn’t visited in over 10 years and was hoping for the same great experience I remembered. I ordered the roast beef with mashed potatoes, green beans, and a salad ($19.99). The mashed potatoes tasted like loose instant potatoes, and the blue cheese dressing on my salad was almost inedible — it was a large blob on top that tasted overwhelmingly like mayonnaise. BEWARE of sinister activity at this once Christian establishment. Cashiers embarrass people by asking for tips when checking them out at the register. No other restaurant has every had the gall to do this. Cashier put a huge tip on my bill which I didn't know about until I checked my online bank account. Such a shame. This used to be my favorite restaurant but NO MORE. The wonderful mashed potatoes and gravy they used to serve is now either watered down with milk or comes out of a box. Been eating here all My life,Until recently everything was Fantastic and Never any issues!! However the last 3 times We've placed a To Go order,Our order was incorrect and It's a half hour drive for Us,Probably gonna stop going & it's a total shame they've fallen off From how good they used to be!!!
Not a good place to take a family! Food prices are pretty typical for adults, but the kids menu, at 7 dollars a shot, is very high for food that is just going to end up wasted. We won't be going here again.
Have bought the Homestyle Ranch Dressing at the grocery stores for years, but recently it has been so watered down and tastes like something is missing. What have you done to it to make it so bad?
